The New Library rises like a phoenix out of the remains of the old. Knowledge of lost civilizations is not forgotten but is retained in the collective unconscious and brought to physical reality once more the moment we are ready to manifest it. The web man represents the emerging world-wide web, acting as a globally interconnected library.
