Whale Born Acrylic and collage on canvas panel 18"x24" I painted this straight after returning from the Gray Whale breeding lagoons in Baja California, Mexico. After a series of powerful dreams in which I was approached by a soulmate Gray Whale - jubilant at seeing me after a long separation - I wonderred whether I’d known Gray whales in a past life. I also wondered what it would be like to be a whale, then take human incarnation.
