Prior to the current Quantum Shift series my paintings focused on five themes:

• The Journey, a search through symbols inherent in landscapes. I investigate how different shapes imbedded in landscapes can alter moods
• Scenes from a Night's Dreams, exploring the dream realm and out-of -body experiences
• The Trial of Lucifer, on facing one’s subconscious shadow
• The Protected Woman, on gender, sexuality and expression in the Middle East
• Spirit of the Whale and The Deep Blue, exploring our relationship with gray whales and the oceans.
